We are honored to host NJ PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays) for an important event in support of all those who want to be a part of building bridges rather than walls. The evening will feature a panel of experts who will provide information and answer questions. The evening is sponsored by NJ PFLAG and North Jersey PRIDE.
This panel presentation will support the LGBTQ community and their loved ones with information on warning signs of depression, inclusive schools, welcoming faith communities and LGBTQ’s legal rights in the workplace and in schools.
Our panel consists of:
The Rev. Diana Wilcox, Rector of Christ Church and Chaplain at Montclair State University
Brian Edwards, M.S.Ed., Coordinator of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Center at Montclair State University
Phillip N. Siculietano, MA, Affirmative Action Officer, Nutley School District
Kerri McCaffrey, a transgender fifth grade teacher in NJ schools and award winning poet.
