As we move forward toward Holy Week in our journey with Christ toward Jerusalem and the cross we are encouraged by the church to pray, to listen, to pay attention.   Sometimes these can be very difficult to do. We often don’t know where to start, how to get going.

In this two part series, Rev. Diana will explore the different kinds of prayer, and will cover other methods of focusing including Lectio and Visio divina (divine listening and seeing). All Adult Forums take place after coffee hour in the Coursen Room.
