500 Years of Reform – Oct 15, 22 & 29

This year marks 500 years since Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg.  He was not the first one to speak against the Roman Catholic church, but it was his courage in this moment that sparked what is known as The Reformation – a movement that continues unending to today.

In this three part Adult Forum, Mtr. Diana will review the events that led up to this important moment in history, the voices at work – both in agreement and countering Luther – and the reform movement that led to the Church of England, the birth of our own Anglican Communion.

The Adult Forum will follow the 10:30am service in the Coursen Room (after everyone has a chance to enjoy some coffee, food, and fellowship at coffee hour).
